What within you needs to be nourished?
Sometimes, it feels like the world is spinning faster than we can keep up, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. Expectations feel unsurmountable and we forget what's truly meaningful to us.
In our journey together, we'll honor the experiences that have shaped you into who you are while holding space for their pain. I'll support you in discovering meaningful coping skills, exploring the values that are important to you, and understanding how to hold boundaries that help keep you safe. You'll learn to feel good about your decisions and confidently say no to what no longer serves you or lifts you up.
We'll get to the heart of things, while still finding practical solutions to keep you moving forward. Stop living within other people's comfort zones and start living life how you were meant to. It's time to take off the mask and allow space for the real you to arise.
Reach out to me today for a free consultation to see if we'd be a good fit.

CONSULTATION SERVICES
In addition to offering therapy services, I also provide consultation for therapists and other professionals. I also work with other professionals (healthcare providers, educators, community orgs) to navigate workplace challenges, create trauma-informed support systems, and provide guidance on complex situations—such as assisting employees in crisis, supporting neurodivergent staff, or addressing power dynamics in organizational settings
